We’re a non-traditional Cycling Club based in Montreal that aims to build community and promote a healthy lifestyle to underserved communities by offering culinary-driven activations and experiences to its members.

We provide opportunities for people to explore their interests in cycling while encouraging one another to participate in a culture that hasn’t always been inclusive. In fact, the elitist aura that has defined the sport for years has become outdated as a new wave of riders are entering the space less concerned with status and performance, but rather, the pursuit of freedom of mobility and quality of life.

Our Founder

When I was introduced to cycling in 2020, I quickly fell in love with the lifestyle. It made me feel like a teen again, the freedom to go hood to hood – before I had a license or a car to do so. Our bikes take us to beautiful places, allowing us to be inspired by the people we meet, the flavors we find, and the landscapes we encounter along the way.

The more I rode, however, I noticed the lack of representation for people that looked like me in the sport. I saw this as an opportunity to be at the forefront of a cultural shift that was bound to happen. That’s how EECC came to fruition.

I want to ensure that riders of all backgrounds feel included and visible. It’s hard to be what you cannot see!

- Travis G., founder of everybody eats cycling club

“EECC is perfectly catered to those of us in marginalized cultures who have been reframing our relationships with food, fitness and self-care in ways that previous generations never did.”

- Travis G., Founder of EECC
