Bikes & Gear

  • Selected rides & tours will begin with a complimentary bike fitting service so you can be as comfortable as possible.

  • OPUS Bikes will be provided for selected rides & tours. However, If you prefer to use your bike fo an experience, you are more than welcome to.

  • If you’re planning to clip in, you’ll need to bring your own cycling shoes and pedals. We strongly recommend that riders who plan to clip in have prior experience riding this way before their tour.

If you prefer to use your own saddle, you are welcome to bring it.

  • No, you don’t. We suggest wearing lightweight, breathable and comfortable clothes & sneakers or cycling shoes. We do have some recommendations to make your ride a more enjoyable experience.

Cycling shorts/bibs: These are designed to provide extra padding when spending long periods of the day in the saddle. You’ll be glad to have them.

Bike gloves: The padding in gloves can ease arm, shoulder, and joint fatigue, especially for longer rides.

Cycling shoes: Compared to running shoes, cycling shoes have stiffer soles that create better comfort & protection, making them better to move power from your legs to your bike. In addition, this offers fatigue and cramping reduction while riding.
