Code of

Conduct

As a community, we all share in creating a space where all are welcome, where we ride safe, fair and with respect. Each rider is responsible for how they behave in our community, and is expected to be familiar with this Code of Conduct and interact accordingly.

By registering for an EECC experience, you agree to the following Riders Code of Conduct:

  • I understand that EECC is not liable for bodily injury, property damage, collisions, roads & weather conditions, or expenses including meals, transportation, or hotel costs that are not specified as included in the experience.

  • I have chosen an experience that suits my abilities, level of fitness, and state of health.

  • I do not have any physical conditions or disabilities that are a hazard to me or other riders.

  • I understand that EECC will make every effort to accommodate special requests but cannot guarantee they will be met.

  • I will follow environmental guidelines and regulations while on the experience in accordance with EECC guide direction.

  • I will obey local traffic laws & traffic lights at all times and act in a respectful and courteous manner to other cyclists, motorists, and pedestrians.

  • I grant EECC permission to take photographs or video recordings of experiences for promotional and commercial use, without remuneration now or in the future.

  • I will respect the rights and privacy of fellow guests.

  • I will consume alcohol responsibly.

  • I will wear a helmet when riding.

  • I will not wear headphones when riding.

  • I will not use my cell phone while riding a bike.
